All Wheel Werks services have the goal of safety, optimal functioning, and maximizing bicycle longevity.

We believe that dollars invested in periodic service should improve your cycling experience and ultimately save you money, by making your bike and all its components last longer. We encourage you to choose the service your bike needs, and promise we’ll deliver that great riding experience you’re looking for.

SCHEDULE A FIT

Race Check $80

Basic functions are checked for safety and longevity – We adjust headset, and confirm proper torque on crank bolts, brake bolts, etc.
Brakes and gearing are adjusted and lubricated
This option is best for upcoming events when you want to know you can trust your bike.

Basic Tune-Up $150

We start with all the services included in the Race Check package above.
Wheels pulled from frame and checked for trueness, tire life, cassette torque and hub adjustment
Frame wiped down and inspected for cracks and other possible defects
Components cleaned. Rim brake wheels are resurfaced on braking track.
Brake pads inspected, both rim caliper and disc versions. Pads resurfaced or replaced if necessary (at part price only).
Derailleur hanger alignment checked and optimized. Derailleurs inspected and lubricated.
Gearing adjusted to manufacturer’s specification
Chain lubricated and/or checked for alignment and condition, replaced if needed (at part price).
Test ridden by two mechanics for optimal ride and safety check
This option is best for casual riders as regular, periodic maintenance.

Advance Tune Up $275

We start with the services included in the Basic Tune-Up.
Drive train removed and placed in Ultra Sonic cleaner and evaluated for ultimate longevity.
Bottom bracket checked for alignment, adjustment and bearing condition, replaced if needed (at part cost).
Tires rotated, if appropriate.
Frame cleaned deeply and given coat of protective wax
This option is best for enthusiast riders and bikes that have been sitting for an extended period.

Labor Prices

Complete O’Hauls start at $400, and total price will be quoted at time of check in to the best of our ability.

Electric bike service will be quoted at time of check in. We are currently only working on eBikes that use the Shimano and Bosch systems.

We do not provide warranty service for items purchased elsewhere.

We reserve the right to add up to 20% of the price quoted at check-in for issues that arise during performance of your service. We will confirm final pricing by phone, beyond that 20%.

Any new parts required will incur extra charges.

We also charge extra for:

Brake bleeds. Starting at $50 per brake plus materials.
Electronic software updates. Starting at $20 per device.
Handle bar tape installs $15
Tire and tube install with tires provided $20 per wheel. Air is free.
Flat tire change. Starting at $20 per wheel.
Tubeless tire set up. Starting at $30 per wheel plus sealant.
Wheel True starts at $20.
Other items will be quoted.

Labor Rate for Projects is $140 per hour.

Bike builds from box start at $150.

Bike Builds in kits start at $350.

Bike Builds with hydro lines and internal wiring start at $400

Items for install from sources other than Wheels Werks will incur an extra charge for confirmation of compatibility.
